Command N AI is an app created by Command N Studios. These terms explain the basic rules for using Command N AI, the hosted assistant, Founder Pack checkout, and related Command N Studios services.

Use Of The Service

Command N AI provides app-building guidance, project repair assistance, deployment preparation, support workflows, and related automation tools. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, deploying, or selling any generated work.

You may not use Command N AI to violate laws, infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malware, bypass platform rules, or submit secrets that you do not own or have permission to use.

Accounts And Profiles

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials private. Password-protected profiles are intended to keep each user account and future generated-app records separate from other users.

Command N Studios may suspend access if an account is used for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise the service.

Founder Pack

The Founding Supporter Pack is a one-time early-support product for badge status, supporter updates, feature voting, community proof, and early product participation.

The Founding Supporter Pack is not an investment and does not provide equity, royalties, ownership, profit share, voting securities, or any financial return.

Memberships

Recurring memberships are planned for future public access after the stability gate. Public membership checkout can remain unavailable until the owner enables the required Stripe prices, webhooks, tax settings, and launch controls.

Membership benefits, limits, trials, pricing, and availability may change before public launch.

Generated Projects

Command N AI is designed to help users create, debug, package, and prepare apps for deployment. Users remain responsible for testing, legal compliance, third-party platform rules, app-store requirements, cloud costs, and final publishing decisions.

No automated system can guarantee perfect results in every environment. Paid plans are intended to provide higher-quality workflows and limits, but all outputs still require user review before release.

Payments

Web payments are processed by Stripe. Command N Studios does not store full card numbers.

Stripe receipts, payment confirmations, and checkout pages may include links to these terms, the privacy policy, and the refund policy.

No Professional Advice

Command N AI may help organize technical, business, launch, or funding information, but it does not replace legal, tax, accounting, securities, or financial advice from qualified professionals.
