Refund And Return Policy

Command N Studios sells digital software access, early supporter products, and service-related offerings. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Command N AI.

Founding Supporter Pack

The Founding Supporter Pack is a one-time digital supporter product. If you purchased by mistake or cannot access the supporter benefits, request help using the contact email shown on your Stripe receipt.

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase may be reviewed if the purchase was accidental, duplicate, technically unusable, or otherwise eligible under applicable consumer law.

Memberships

Public memberships are not yet open. When memberships launch, trial users may cancel before trial end to avoid being charged.

After a successful subscription charge, refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a different right is required by law.

Digital Delivery

Command N AI and the Founder Pack are digital products. There are no physical returns. Access, receipts, and account status are handled through the hosted app, Stripe checkout, or the email used at purchase.

Service Work

Command N Studios service projects, custom work, or high-ticket studio work should use a separate written agreement. Refunds, milestones, deposits, and delivery terms for those services are controlled by that agreement.

Not An Investment

Supporter Pack purchases are product/support payments, not investments. Purchasers receive no equity, royalties, ownership, profit share, or financial return.

Chargebacks And Abuse

Command N Studios may restrict access for fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, payment disputes, account misuse, or attempts to bypass payment systems.
